Objective：
To investigate the meaning and clinical eficacy of
Biophilia Intruder for children with cough variant asthma．
Methods：
Ninety—two children with cough variant asthma detected with Biophilia Intruder instrument for allergen．All children were randomly divided into three groups，including biological resonance therapy group(n=30)，montelukast sodium group(a=34)，fluticasone propionate group( ：28)．
Results：
Biophilia Intruder instrument detecting allergens are dust mites，pollen，environmental chemicals，animal fur，pesticides，mycete，bacterial，wood／plant fiber etc．
The symptom seores and pulmonary functions tests of 3 groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment．
There were no significant diference between the Biophilia Intruder group and montelukast sodium group in scores and pulmonary function improvements of symptoms(P>O．05)．While fiuticasone propionate group is better than the biological resonance therapy group，the
diference was statistically significant improvement in symptoms scores and pulmonary functions(P<0．05)．
Conclusions
Biophilia Intruder can be used as children cough variant asthma allergen detection method of a kind of reference，the curative effect was close to leukotriene inhibitors using alone． There were no obvious adverse reactions in Biophilia Intruder treatment， supplying a uew choice in the treatment of these diseases．
