Be healthier at work. Step one: Take a few extra steps to the office, park farther away, or hop off the bus, or train one stop early, and work walking breaks into your day. Keep fruits, veggies, and nuts at your desk to combat vending machine cravings, and make a habit of packing lunches instead of eating out—your waistline and wallet will thank you.
